  • What conditions must I meet to rent a vehicle?

    Before taking possession of the motorhome, the user and possibly other drivers, who must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving license for more than 2 years, will prove their identity and produce their driving license which must correspond to the tonnage and category of the rented motorhome. Delivery of the motorhome may be refused if the person who must drive it does not provide sufficient guarantees of capacity and does not produce proof of address such as EDF invoices or rent receipts. The tenant assumes custody of the vehicle and control of driving and transport operations. Under risk of being excluded from the insurance guarantee, the tenant undertakes not to allow the vehicle to be driven by persons other than those approved by the lessor and for whom he vouches in accordance with article 1984 of the Code Civil.

    Is it possible to travel in your own living room? Yes, the Integral and its comfort make your dream come true. The compact Integral version, shorter, is also more manageable.

    Unlimited adventure in a small vehicle? The van is made for you! Board up to 6 people (sleeps up to 5), take your sports equipment, your suitcases and the roads are yours.

  • How is a vehicle equipped?

    Regardless of the type of vehicle chosen (Capucine, Profile, Integral) you will have:

    - a kitchen area with gas stove, sink, refrigerator,

    - a bathroom with shower, sink,

    - cold water, hot water,

    - clean and used water tanks,

    - a CD car radio,

    - a CEE adapter,

    - connection accessories,

  • How does my vehicle work?

    Upon departure, our team explains in detail how the equipment works. EVASIA renews its fleet regularly, the vehicles offered to you are maintained and serviced each time you return your rental.

  • Are there any options?

    A list of paid options is offered to you to make your trip as easy as possible.

  • What am I going to do with my car?

    No worries, we will keep it throughout your rental period, in an enclosed parking lot, completely free of charge.

  • Where can I go with my campervan?

    You can travel anywhere in Europe in our vehicles. You benefit from mechanical assistance and basic damage/civil liability insurance. We recommend that you also subscribe to our international passenger and vehicle assistance option to guarantee your peace of mind in the event of a problem (breakdown – accident, etc.)

    For more distant destinations, do not hesitate to contact us to obtain our agreement which will confirm our insurance and assistance coverage.

    UPDATE 03/17/22:

    The armed conflict currently raging in UKRAINE is disrupting the general insurance and assistance conditions for our rental vehicles.

    As UKRAINE is considered a territory at war, insurance and assistance guarantees are suspended. This means that our vehicles and their passengers no longer benefit from guarantees in this territory.

    These conditions can evolve and be extended overnight to countries bordering Ukraine.

  • Can I use my holiday vouchers?

    You can absolutely use your holiday vouchers (ANCV) to pay for part or all of your rental.

  • What is the maximum number of people allowed in the camper van?

    You will find the maximum number of seats on the vehicle's registration document. This number varies depending on the model. All passengers must be restrained during the journey.

  • Can I travel with my dog?

    It is entirely possible for you to travel with your pet. However, you will need to subscribe to an option (3€/day) when booking.

  • What is the consumption of a motorhome?

    The campervan offered to you for rental uses diesel as fuel. Its consumption depends on several factors: the type of journey and your driving style, but the average consumption of a motorhome is between 12L and 15L / 100 km depending on the model.

  • How are motorhomes classified at the motorway toll booth?

    Profiles and certain integral and compact integrals (height between 2 and 3m) are considered intermediate vehicles (class 2).

    Nasturtiums are in class 3 because their height exceeds 3m.

  • Or can I empty the waste water and refill the clean water tank?

    In the air you will find services and many municipalities with infrastructure that allows you to supply yourself with clean water and drain wastewater.

  • Where can I park with my rental motorhome?

    To park in a city, town or village you must park your vehicle without a hold, drain or external object. In France, parking without permission is permitted almost everywhere and parking restrictions are always signposted. You also have the possibility of spending the night in campsites or in motorhome areas, specially provided for this purpose.
